Questions

What does a review read?

Configuration and usage counts, through a read-only connection that an admin approves in Salesforce. It never changes anything in your org and never reads the contents of your business records.

What happens to my data on the Free plan?

The review keeps your scores, your finding titles and counts, and the full detail of your most severe finding. The other lists of affected items are deleted as soon as the review is scored. When you connect, you choose whether we watch your org for 7 days: if you do, the read-only connection stays for those 7 days and is revoked when the trial ends, or sooner if you stop it; if you do not, it is revoked when the review finishes. Between free reviews we hold no access to your org.

Is there a monitoring trial?

Yes. Free and Essentials include a 7-day monitoring trial: the 54 monitors check your org hourly and daily and email you the alerts. It starts when you connect an org (on Free you choose it on the connect step), and every trial email has a link to stop it. After 7 days monitoring stops; Professional keeps it running, with alerts in Slack and Microsoft Teams and a daily digest.

How often can we run a review?

Free: one every 90 days. Essentials: one per org every 30 days, and it runs by itself each month with the executive brief emailed to you. Professional and Enterprise: the monthly review runs by itself too, and you can start more with Run review or the API, one per org every 24 hours. Professional allows up to 20 of these per org in a calendar month and 10 a day across all your orgs; Enterprise allows 60 and 25, or the numbers in your agreement. The monthly review never counts toward these limits. One review runs at a time for each org, and when a limit is reached, the Run review button shows when the next review can start.

What is Ask AI?

Ask questions about your orgs in plain words, for example what to fix first or what an auditor would ask about. The answers are written by AI from your latest reviews, issues and monitoring, and link to the issues they mention. Essentials includes 25 questions a day for your account, Professional 50 and Enterprise 100. The Free plan does not include it.

How do I upgrade?

Choose Request this plan inside the Command Center. The Dream team contacts you, switches your account and you reconnect your org, then your next review shows everything.

Which compliance frameworks does the Command Center map?

SOC 2, the HIPAA Security Rule and ISO 27001; for Canadian organizations Ontario's PHIPA with O. Reg. 329/04, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25; and the EU and UK GDPR. Each check in your org is linked to the controls it gives evidence for, and the frameworks that fit where you are based, the regions you serve and your industry come first. It is evidence for your auditor, not a certification or legal advice.

Do I need Jira?

No. Findings live in the Command Center's own issue log. Jira and ServiceNow are there when your team already works in them, and a CSV works everywhere.

Is there an API?

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise at no extra charge: the Org Health Index, issues, reviews, monitoring and compliance evidence as JSON, actions for your own tools, a deploy gate for your pipeline, signed webhooks, and an MCP server for AI assistants. The documentation is public: health.dream.cloud/docs/api.

Can a Salesforce partner use this for its clients?

Yes. Enterprise includes your own logo and colors on every page, PDF and email, and one place to follow all your clients' orgs.
